A design-build expansion and renovation of a neighborhood church. We handled the structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing design and the permits, then built it.
The work covered demolition, concrete including a new breezeway slab, framing and every trade, drywall ceilings, new flooring, the sewer and water connections, and moving the outdoor heating, cooling and electrical equipment.
