Who we are
Who you'll be working with
Prototype Builders is a licensed general contractor based in Chantilly, VA (Virginia Class A Contractor License #2705152845). We work in Centreville, Fairfax, Chantilly, Alexandria and Arlington.
We started out to make construction simpler for people who want the job done properly. Since 2004 we have worked on homes and commercial buildings, and we run each project from concept to completion with one team, so you are not juggling separate contractors.
We keep the work organized, talk to you plainly, and hold to the timeline and budget we agree on. Estimates are free.
